The Cancer Playbook Project
Building the playbook we wish we had
What it is
'The Cancer Playbook Project' is an initiative focused on collecting real advice, lessons, and insights from individuals who have gone through cancer so that we can pass that knowledge forward to newly diagnosed patients.
Why we do it
There is so much about cancer that patients only learn by going through it. The reality is that most people are left to figure things out on their own.
We believe that the best guidance comes from lived experience and that no one should have to start their journey without it.
How it works
We gather responses through a questionnaire completed by Cancer Slayers, capturing their personal insights, advice, and experiences.
This information is then used to:
- Improve and refine our care packages
- Provide practical guidance to new patients
- Build a growing resource of real world support
How to get involved
- Share your experience by completing the questionnaire
- Encourage others who have gone through cancer to participate
- Help us spread the word so we can reach more voices
